HAWAII!!!

We went to Hawaii a while ago. And it was the best, best, best ever!

We stayed in Oahu for like a day and a half. We went on a tour, because we're touristy like that. We saw some cool stuff. And then we hiked Diamond Head at sunrise the next day.

Then we went to Kauai for like 5 days or something. Soooooo awesome! Here's a whole bunch of pictures.

Morning #1- Total double rainbow! It was amazing.

My sunglasses broke the day we left. I didn't have time to get new ones before we went out so we stopped at the convenience store and I got these bad boys. They broke the next day. :(

This was a super awesome temple inside a cemetery. This picture might be the hottest I've ever looked. Or maybe that one right before this...

This giant gong was at the temple. If you rang it three times in a row it was supposed to make your wish come true. It hasn't yet.

Diamond Head at the butt-crack of dawn.

Hotel view.  I loved it.

A pretty view on the drive.

We ate a snack at this adorable little fruit stand. Best fruit ever, for real!

All over there were these little stands. They all had a box for you to put the money in. I love Hawaii.

This lovely joint was called the Fern Grotto. It was pretty. And after we saw it we went to a luau but the pictures turned out kind of lame.

I am such a nice wife. I rode on that thing with Justin.

He wore this and I still rode with him.

And when it was over I looked like this. It was a little muddy.

We went here on our muddy trip. The tour guide made us pose like that.

And here. Wait... that might be the same waterfall. We went to a couple so I can't tell.

This was from a boat tour we went on. My previous feelings about riding boats on the ocean have been confirmed, but the view was amaaaaazing!

On a different day we drove here- a different view of the same cliffs.

Same day, same drive, very different view.

There were wild chickens every where!

Here's a couple pictures of Justin doing some stuff.

We had dinner in the courtyard of this plantation house on our last night. The weather was (of course) perfect, we could hear the music from the luau next door-- It was for sure the most romantic of all dinners I have eaten, and the food was phenomenal.

Then when we came home it was Christmas Eve and we spent it with our awesome friends Brad and Mandy at our house. I loved every single second of everything that happened that whole time! Hooray for the most awesome Christmas vacation ever!!

P.S. In Hawaii it's ok for ladies to not do their hair. That's why I looked like that. And I loved it.

The poncho pictures cracked me up--your hubs looks good in pink, but I liked your picture better because you look like you're 10 years old and Grandma's taken like the 100th picture of you wearing bright pink shorts with lacey fringes, HAHA! I apologize if my expressing this thought offends you, but I must... makes me miss you!
